Founded by Nathaniel Meloon, our original mission was simple: deliver dependable castings with consistent quality. Over time, that mission has grown into a reputation for excellence across the casting and manufacturing sectors.

Under the Iannettoni family, the foundry expanded significantly—growing its facility, workforce, and technical capabilities to meet evolving industrial needs.
A Future Strengthened by Evans Industries
Since joining Evans Industries in 2014, Meloon Foundries has continued to modernize equipment, improve process control, and strengthen its position as a leader in non-ferrous sand casting.
Today, our 60,000+ ft² facility in Syracuse, NY is equipped to handle complex geometries, large molds, specialized alloys, and high-performance industrial applications.
